BOB’s Lobster’s notable collaborations have included food and wine pairing master classes with Laurent-Perrier at Taste; a summer pop-up on the roof of John Lewis Oxford Street; and operating champagne and seafood concessions at Royal Ascot. BOB’s Lobster has been a regular headliner at London Union’s Street Feast at Dalston Yard (Dalston), Dinerama (Shoreditch), Hawker House (Bethnal Green, Haggerston, and Canada Water) and Giant Robot (Canary Wharf);
